Agile Manifesto Principles cards
You will probably know the Manifesto for Agile Software Development, right? Or short, the Agile Manifesto? You know that it has 4 values and 12 principles. The 4 values, you probably know them by heart. But what about the 12 principles...? That may be a different story...
I can explain these 12 principles to you or you can read them and you will understand them. But remembering them, let alone reproducing them? That's why I created this deck of cards. It is a deck of 48 cards, 4 cards per principle (+ 1 card with the 4 values and 1 how to card):

-
the principle itself
-
a description
-
a practice - how to apply this principle
-
an anti-pattern - how not to apply this principle
You can use these cards to learn about the agile principles, by matching descriptions, practices and anti-patterns with the right principles.
But you can also use these cards for your retrospectives: start from the practices and anti-patterns. What do you observe in your team? Good practices? Name them and relate them to the agile principle. Anti-patterns? See what you can improve to apply the agile principle correctly.
